Materials and Care
Materials used for such carvings are wood - Camfhor wood, Mikala wood, Champaka wood, soriyo robasta etc. These are soft wood and easy to carve. I buy them from sawmills nearby. Care The statue can be cleaned with dry cloth every week to avoid accumulation of dust.
